Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)

Future Business Leaders of America is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) educational association focused on careers in business and business-related fields.

Mission and Students

FBLA’s mission is to inspire and prepare students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experience. Student members are challenged to support the mission through the ideals of service, education, and progress. The association has three divisions serving middle school, high school, and college students and an alumni network.

Leadership

Educators serving as advisers guide local chapters. State advisers and state chairs coordinate chapter activities with the national organization in each state or territory. FBLA is led by a national board of directors that comprises educators, state leaders, representatives from business and industry, and the student division presidents. Student members, local advisers, and state leaders are supported by our professional staff headquartered in Reston, Virginia, located near Washington, D.C.
